What you will study?
Our chemistry degree places an emphasis on analytical chemistry and modern aspects of chemical science to develop your ability to think logically and apply the principles of chemistry to any area.
As well as traditional aspects of physical, inorganic, analytical and organic chemistry, you will also study biological chemistry, environmental chemistry and organometallic chemistry. During the fourth year of your chemistry degree, you can undertake a practical research project of your choice, under the supervision of an academic member of staff.
