This qualification builds on the skills and knowledge from the Diploma of Hospitality Management to further develop your understanding in the areas of business planning, business operations, managing human resources, marketing strategies and property management. The course consists of 4 theoretical modules which are conducted face to face over a period of eight months and six months of industrial attachment to know the practical aspects of management in the hospitality or Food and Beverage industry. Diploma in Hospitality or related field OR
Any Diploma with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in a related field.
Proficiency Level
