Course Overview

This qualification builds on the skills and knowledge from the Diploma of Hospitality Management to further develop your understanding in the areas of business planning, business operations, managing human resources, marketing strategies and property management. The course consists of 4 theoretical modules which are conducted face to face over a period of eight months and six months of industrial attachment to know the practical aspects of management in the hospitality or Food and Beverage industry. The modules are as follows:

  • Food and Beverage Management
  • International Hospitality
  • Strategic Marketing Management
  • Housekeeping Management
  • Industrial Attachment Programme*

Entry Requirement 

Minimum Age 18 years
Academic qualification Diploma in Hospitality or related field
OR
Any Diploma with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in a related field.
Proficiency Level A pass (C6) in GCE O Level English OR completion of English Language Placement test with at least 60% marks in JE College.
(equivalent to IELTS 5.5 in reading and writing)
