Programme Type: Pre-Masters

Course Overview

The Social Science, Arts and Humanities programme consists of core and pathway-specific modules. The core modules will improve your academic and English language skills, while the pathway-specific ones will build specific knowledge about your chosen progression degree.

After completing your Pre-Masters Social Science, Arts and Humanities Programme and meeting the required grades, you can progress to your chosen postgraduate degree at Royal Holloway. This will involve meeting the required grades, which can be subject to change. You will have the opportunity to discuss this with your teachers once you are approach the end of your programme.

Entry Requirement

Academic Requirements:

Students will need to have successfully completed an appropriate first qualification in their resident country.

English language Requirements:

Academic qualification	Grade
Academic IELTS for UKVI*	5.5 overall (minimum 5.5 in all components)

*If you do not need a Student visa, or are exempted in another way, we can accept equivalent proof of English. The English language entry requirements stated are for information regarding entry to the course. If you require a UK visa to study, depending on the type of visa you need, the English language requirements and valid English tests to satisfy the UK visa criteria may differ.
