Must be 18 years or older or have written permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Complete in-person interview.
Provide a copy of the high school diploma, or high school transcript, or GED, or similar document if the applicant completed secondary education in another country. Documents from non-English speaking countries must be translated into English and evaluated by an approved educational evaluator service attesting that the degree/or credits earned are equivalent to a degree/credits earned at a regionally accredited institution of higher education in the United States.
